Shipping, Return and Warranty Policy

Free shipping:
Free ground shipping on all orders over $100 within the USA (excluding Alaska & Hawaii). Orders placed on will be fulfilled from our affiliate warehouse in Rhode Island. 

Order shipping schedule: 
All In Stock Orders placed Monday - Friday will ship within 1-2 Business Days. Any Order submitted Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday afternoon. 

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Pod Gaudz Light Covers are available for shipment within the USA. We are working with partners to prepare International Order shipping documents. Give us until May 2024 for another update on the topic!
Return Policy:
  • Any new, unused items must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging within 60 days of delivery. 
  • Please use the carrier of your choice to return your Order. We suggest shipping with a carrier that provides Shipping, Tracking & Insurance for your return. 
  • All return shipments sent back to Pod Gaudz facility must be shipped "prepaid." Our warehouse is instructed to reject any return shipped with COD requirements. Any Customer shipment that is Refused, Undelivered, or Abandoned package will be subject to a $10 Service Fee for the cost of return back to our facility. 
Shipping damaged or not perfect?
If your order arrives in less than favorable condition, please contact us immediately. We would suggest you do not attempt to install if there are any product or shipment concerns. For the purpose of return serviceability we suggest that Customers keep all shipping packages and email us photos of the damage. We will work with Customer and shipping company to resolve as soon as possible. 

Return Policy:
Returned products must complete, and in new condition free from signs of installation. Packaging, tags and parts must be present and undamaged unless specified otherwise. 

Returns are inspected within 1 to 5 Business days after receipt, and refunds processed thereafter. Refunds may take an additional 7 to 10 business days to be acknowledged in your Bank Statement.

Warranty Policy
IF you feel you have a case of Warranty, Contact Us immediately. We require products to be shipped back at the owner's expense. Pod Gaudz will inspect the Parts. Our Team will use their discretion, and will repair or replace the necessary part/s. Pod Gaudz will ship the Part/s back to the Customers located within the Continental US.
